UNION PARTICIPATION

*Union Participation letters will be mailed in Mid-February.

*This year you will be receiving one letter with 3 individual days for participation instead of one day in a week,
  and you WILL NOT receive a reminder letter so we STRONGLY URGE YOU to keep this letter in a safe place
  and mark your calendars accordingly.

*If you owe any UP dates from 2009 they will be rolled over into 2010.

*UP will start Monday, March 1, 2010 and endS Friday, November 26, 2010.

*All participation dates are to be completed in this time frame, including any reschedules.

*If you receive a date in the last week it needs to be served by you or a substitute by November 26th or you
  can call the office in advance to serve your participation earlier.

AGAIN THE CUT-OFF DATE FOR ALL PARTICIPATION IS

FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 26, 2010.
